Modern Design Techniques Apply the latest design principles and tools, including interaction design, responsive design, micro-interactions, and accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG compliance). Collaboration with Teams:

Conduct usability tests and iterate designs based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, ensuring continuous improvement. Design Systems:

Requirements UI/UX Expertise:
8+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing complex, multi-platform solutions. Proven ability to design for B2B and B2C platforms, ideally within healthcare, technology, or similarly regulated industries.
Healthcare and EMR Knowledge Experience designing for healthcare systems, including EMR integration and decision support tools. Understanding of healthcare professionals’ workflows and the behavioural nuances of patients interacting with digital health tools.
Data-Driven Design Strong capability to use user research, data analytics, and behavioural insights to inform design decisions. Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Mixpanel for analysing user interactions.
Technical Skills Expertise in modern design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools like InVision. Familiarity with front-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., HTML/CSS, React) to collaborate effectively with developers.
Accessibility and Standards Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and ability to design for diverse user needs.
