The role: SENCO
I am working with a school based in Bromley that is looking for a new SENCO to join their team! In this role, you must determine the strategic development of special educational needs (SEN) policy and provision in the school. As a SENCO, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the SEN policy and coordination of specific provision to support individual pupils with SEN or a disability. You must provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents, and other agencies. In this SENCO role, you must ensure the SEN policy is put into practice and its objectives are reflected in the school development plan. You will also need to maintain and implement targets on EHCP for all SEN pupils. The school: SEMH
