As soon as possible The Governors of Queensbridge Primary School are seeking to appoint an outstanding, proactive, highly motivated, skilled and energetic Site Manager, with a good range of practical abilities and IT skills. Applicants must be able to work as part of a team, communicate effectively with pupils, staff, governors, parents/carers and contractors, and demonstrate good knowledge and understanding of Health & Safety and adherence to established safety policies and procedures. The successful applicant will ensure that school facilities are kept in an excellent and safe condition and maintained at the highest possible standards. This will include carrying out statutory checks, and maintenance of records. The successful candidate will have:

Flexibility to undertake a wide range of jobs including site management, cleaning, maintenance and basic D.I.Y. Good interpersonal skills with staff, pupils, visitors and contractors Good computer skills to deal with emails and record keeping An understanding of good working practices and Health and Safety The ability to work on own initiative Preferably experience in a similar role We can offer you:
