My Client, a Retail Bank in London, are seeking an experienced Data Steward who will play a key part in supporting the Data Governance activities within the team. This role will sit within the risk analytics team, where the Data Steward will support various initiatives such as: supporting the data governance policy of the bank, performing data lineage activities, and facilitating cross-functional communication on data governance-related topics. The candidate must have the following skill set: Data governance experience within a financial services organisation Strong understanding of data governance frameworks, data quality principles, and data management best practices Basic knowledge of SAS and SQL is desirable Experience of working within a Risk Management environment Experience with various MS Excel features such as formulas and pivot tables Experience of working within a regulatory environment Degree educated or equivalent, preferably in computer science, information management, data science, or similar Please apply if you have the above skill set.
