As a
Senior Client Success Manager , you’ll play a key role in managing and expanding client relationships. You will:
Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate the evolving tech landscape. Develop and present IT solutions that drive business transformation. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction. Lead strategy meetings, service reviews, and project discussions. Proven experience in Account Management or Business Development within IT or Technology. A consultative sales approach with a track record of exceeding financial targets. Strong commercial acumen, including negotiation and ROI analysis. The ability to communicate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling way.
