The role of the Business Development Manager – Construction Materials / Structural Waterproofing will involve: Field based sales position promoting a range of construction materials such as: concrete repair, construction chemicals, structural waterproofing, joints, resin flooring and anchors. 65% selling directly to contractors, the remaining 35% selling to builders merchants such as: Keyline, Travis Perkins, Jewson, Scott Parnell, Parkers Buildings etc. Once up and running will be targeted to turnover £1m. Predominately new business; however, will be given accounts to manage. Will be expected to generate new business, predominantly with existing accounts. Ideal Applicant:
The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager – Construction Materials / Structural Waterproofing with: Experience working within a merchants with contacts in the industry. Experience in the construction materials sector selling related products such as: concrete repair, sealants, construction chemicals, structural waterproofing, screeding, joint filling, grouts & anchors, resin flooring, sealants, protective coating. Experience selling to both contractors and merchants. Strong relationship-building skills. Professional, organised and driven. Company:
