If so, Signature Recruitment is excited to offer an Operations Officer role for our client, a prestigious London university. This position is full time and offers a flexible hybrid working arrangement – with two to three days on campus and the balance from home. The position starts immediately for six weeks with the possibility to extend. As an Operations Officer in this London university, you will be reporting to and supporting the School Manager with day to day administrative activities, primarily focussed on supporting the post graduate student life cycle from application through to graduation. In addition, there will be an element of working with students to explain systems and procedures, answering their queries, checking work plans and accurately entering data onto the university system. As well as this, you will offer administrative assistance including inbox management and organisation and supporting of meetings and events. Operations Officer Key Responsibilities:

Providing high quality assistance to the School Manager – to support all post graduate research student activities Providing complex inbox management, ensuring a timely response and action and triaging as necessary Assisting with school related administration activities, such as finance, HR and meeting and other event organisation Supporting post graduate research student recruitment processes Providing information to staff and students answering queries and supporting post graduate activities Assisting with administrative tasks to support other business operations in order to ensure the smooth running of the department and wider university Operations Officer Key Skills:

Excellent Higher Education experience within student facing roles Strong written and verbal communication skills which demonstrate an ability to communicate professionally with all stakeholders, internally and externally Good organisational skills with excellent time management and a methodical approach to work. Good attention to detail ensuring all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently Highly proficient IT skills – Microsoft packages including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams as well as the ability to use university database systems If you are personable and proactive with a good level of experience in higher education then please apply today!
