Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Provide executive assistance, diary management, and daily planning support to Division Leads for both the People and Culture and the Finance, Commercial and Facilities Management Division.
Oversee the administrative processes for both divisions, including attendance monitoring and the Reward and Recognition process.
Lead selected projects, recommending and delivering appropriate solutions.
Support with keeping abreast of actions from committee meetings and bringing forward these for both divisions.
Manage various demands on time and pre-empt when papers need to be produced ahead of meetings.
Minute and note taking for meetings, and for some employee relations cases.
Deliver and contribute to a variety of ad hoc projects, such as action plans, governance, and new strategies.
Support the CFO and CPO to collate and mitigate against risks to the delivery of both divisions' objectives.
Undertake ongoing system reviews to develop and implement improvements to data management and administrative functions.
The Successful Applicant
To secure the Divisional Business Manager role, the successful candidate will bring the following skills and attributes:
A proven track as a personal/executive assistant to senior leadership.
Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders.
Competent user of all Microsoft Office software incl Outlook, Word, Excel, Notes and PowerPoint.
Capable in the use of data to provide meaningful support to a business or team.
The ability to adapt to frequently changing priorities within a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with processing invoices, purchase orders, and support with budget management.
What's on Offer
Competitive Basic salary range from £32,797 to £36,050 depending on skills and knowledge. Civil Service Pension - A Civil Service Pension with an average employer contribution of 27%. Generous annual leave provision of 25 days which increases to 30 days after five years' service plus an additional day in recognition of the King's Birthday.
Location:
The role will be based at the offices on 2-4 Cockspur Street, London, SW1Y 5BS, in central London. Please be aware that this role can only be worked in the UK and not overseas. Informal hybrid working arrangements apply.
