This role is ideal for someone based in London, with a willingness to travel to project sites primarily in and around the capital. About the Company Our client specialises in providing state-of-the-art cladding and fire stopping solutions that enhance safety and aesthetics across a wide range of commercial and residential projects. Key Responsibilities - Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from pre-construction to project completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. - Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure projects stay within budget. - Conduct site visits to assess project status and address any issues that may arise. - Prepare and present contract documentation, including proposals and tenders. - Facilitate effective communication between all stakeholders, ensuring clarity on project specifications and deliverables. Requirements - Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or in a similar role within the construction or cladding industry. - Strong understanding of construction contracts and the regulatory environment. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. - Willingness to travel regularly to project sites in London and surrounding areas. - Relevant qualifications in construction management or a related field are an asset.
