Finance Manager Are you a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach ready to own the financial operations of a dynamic business? Are you looking to enjoy flexibility in part-time role with high impact?Positive. are seeking a new finance manager who is detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our team on a part-time basis, taking full ownership of the organisation’s financial operations (£1.75-2m turnover). This sole finance role involves managing

the day-to-day accounting and financial processes while also contributing to longer-term financial strategy, we need someone who is both hands-on and strategic - ready to roll up their sleeves to manage details while also stepping up to collaborate with leadership

on financial planning and decision-making.

What you'll be doing: Working closely with the CEO and Chairman you will help drive budgets and long term strategy. Plus you will be responsible for managing cash flow, analysis of client profitability, all invoicing and expenses and liase with external accountants for payroll,

financial compliance and year end accounts.

About you: You will have a proven track record in both bookkeeping and financial management roles, be proficient in Xero and Excel ideally with in small organisation. You will have excellent communication skills to report financial information clearly, be highly organised,

analytical, and be adaptable, with a solution-focused mindset. Whilst UK based, Positive. have a growing APAC presence and any experience in these regions will be beneficial.

What we offer:
