We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Client Coverage – UK Intermediary. This role is located in London. In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Manage a group of accounts and collaborate with the Regional Sales Director to boost new investment business from IFAs and wealth managers. Handle a heavily telephone-based role with ambitious targets for outbound calling levels. Monitor BNY market share on Financial Clarity and positions for advisory firms. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and document meetings. Follow up on campaigns and regional events, assist with national event activities, and selected regional work. To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Proven track record in client relationship management, especially in distributing investment products. Strong knowledge and understanding of the UK market, including regulatory changes and other product providers. Ability to clearly and effectively present BNY Mellon IM products and solutions to various client types. Experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM. Professional telephone manner, strong listening and questioning skills, and the ability to lead discussions and influence others. Interest in and understanding of investments and economics.
