What you’ll do
As an
M&A Senior Tax Manager , you’ll play a critical role in providing international tax advice and support for the Group’s M&A and restructuring projects. Your key responsibilities will include: Advising on tax-efficient strategies for M&A deals to achieve commercial aims. Implementing tax structures that mitigate risk and optimize financing strategies. Providing ad-hoc tax advice to Group and local teams. Ensuring knowledge sharing across the tax community to keep stakeholders informed. Managing tax reporting and compliance for M&A transactions and activities. Who you are
You’re a
highly skilled tax professional
with a strong background in international tax and M&A transactions. You’ll bring: 5+ years of experience
in international corporate tax, either in an accountancy firm, legal firm, or multinational industry role. ACA/ACCA/CTA qualification , with post-qualification tax expertise. A proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders across teams. Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. A self-motivated and adaptable approach in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. What's in it for you
