We are partnered with a well-established manufacturing group seeking an ambitious Operations Director for one of their business units ahead of a significant growth period. This business manufacturers specialised and in-demand alloy products in the defence, aerospace and wider industrial markets. The Operations Director will ultimately be responsible for the OTIF delivery against set forecasts for this business alongside a supporting group leadership structure, focusing on their highest value products with a core focus on people engagement, lean manufacturing and operational efficiencies. We are specifically looking to speak to candidates who have experience with complex alloy-based manufacturing experience with machining, casting or forging high specification components. Experience at a senior operational equivalent level is an essential requirement for this position.
