£53,755 to £60,504 (Dependent on experience) We are looking for a Business Intelligence & Systems Manager. Are you a motivated individual with an analytical mindset, a passion for improving healthcare, and strong leadership skills? Do you have experience managing a team to deliver data/reporting solutions across multiple stakeholders? Can you provide support and translate technical solutions to a non-technical audience and vice versa? We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, and passionate person to oversee our organisation’s IM&T function, focused on improving our organisation’s digital maturity. Could you be the person to lead this for us? The role will include operational responsibility for Business Intelligence and Systems Development as well as line management of the IM&T team consisting of Data Analysts, Clinical System/SharePoint Developers, and Technical Engineers. We are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company with a primary purpose of supporting GP Practices across Suffolk, including working collaboratively and at scale. We also deliver a diverse portfolio of NHS services across Suffolk and North East Essex in Primary, Community, and Urgent Care.
