The regional manager is seeking an aspiring Senior Site Manager to work on schemes within the Midlands comprising PRS and PBSA schemes.

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in building projects that support and develop the geographical area.

Some duties include:

Managing the site, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the quality required by the client. Demonstrating good financial knowledge. Ensuring site records are maintained. Managing staff and ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities. Working on projects valued from £50m+.

What my client looks for:

This role would suit someone with the following:

Previous experience in the Construction industry. Hold the relevant certifications: SMSTS, Construction Management degree, CSCS, Temporary works, etc.
