About the Role: You will manage the development of custom Salesforce platform solutions and integrate Salesforce with the other tools in our tech stack. Perform technical solution and code reviews. You will report to The Salesforce Practice Lead. This role is remote-friendly but you will be assigned to our London office. You Will: Work with other professionals, partners, and colleagues to collaborate on specifications, validate proposals, and provide solutions. Help use the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to create tailored solutions that ensure the smooth functioning of Salesforce applications. Use expertise in Salesforce development tools and techniques to enhance productivity, automate processes, and improve data management within the ecosystem. Configure applications using Apex, Visualforce, Aura & Lightning. Integrate Salesforce with APIs and linked business applications such as DocuSign, AWS, and Zuora. Manage data within Salesforce, including data imports, exports, cleansing, and maintaining data quality standards. Resolve issues, monitor system performance, manage user access and permissions, and ensure system stability and availability. Collaborate with IT BRMs to validate requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits). Understand the problem and preferred outcome to root-cause issues. Produce robust solutions that are scalable. Review solutions proposed by others to provide feedback and approval for future development work. Work as part of a planned on-call schedule and may also work outside of regular business hours on occasion. You Have: Experience working as part of a Salesforce development team that includes people of varying skill levels and experiences. Previous experience of Salesforce implementation projects from start to finish. Experience using the Lightning Design System. Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning App Builder and the Lightning Experience is also beneficial. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems, such as ERP systems, marketing automation platforms, or customer support systems. Experience with integration technologies like Salesforce APIs, middleware platforms, or data integration tools.
