The Chief Nurse has a wide ranging and exciting portfolio and therefore requires a dynamic individual who is able to keep pace with the challenging demands of this role and the wider senior nursing management team, whilst remaining calm under pressure.
You will have excellent communication skills together with exceptional organisational and administrative abilities. Responsibilities will include extensive diary management, servicing of Board level committees which will include ensuring meetings are efficiently organised, minuted and facilitating the effective flow of business between meetings. Efficient administrative support is required for the high level and challenging projects undertaken by the nursing team.
This is a diverse and demanding role that requires high levels of confidentiality, an innate ability to prioritise under your own initiative, whilst having a flexible approach to the demands of this role while working closely with your EA colleagues to provide a professional support service to the Executive team at this CQC rated Outstanding organisation.
