Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are looking for a MEP Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our building services team in Cambridge. What you'll do: Ensure that the obligations and responsibilities of the Project and other stakeholders are properly fulfilled. Monitor and manage the scope, notices, terms and conditions of the Contract. Monitor and manage the contract procedures, payments, variations together with contract entitlements. Monitor and manage dispute management procedures. Manage the client’s commercial expectations (Change/Payment/Notices/Advice). What you'll bring to the role: Experience of running MEP projects or No 2 position on large MEP projects. Previous experience at QS level running significant multiple subcontract packages £5-10M+. Good working knowledge of contract/commercial law. Experience with Design and Build forms of contract. Degree or equivalent in commercial related subject.
