They're looking for an experienced

Events & Content Marketing Co-ordinator/Manager

to take ownership of organising and managing webinars, in-person events, and creating supporting content. As their sales cycle is unique to B2B software, and the importance of our thought leadership program is paramount to conversion, this is an integral hire. This role will collaborate closely with the digital marketing and sales teams to ensure events drive lead generation, build brand awareness, and support the sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities Webinars:

Plan, host, and manage virtual webinars, including speaker coordination, attendee communication, and follow-up activities. Develop webinar content in collaboration with internal teams or external speakers to ensure it resonates with target audiences. Manage webinar platforms and ensure smooth execution from start to finish.

In-Person Events:

Organise and manage logistics for physical events such as conferences, trade shows, and networking sessions. Coordinate with venues, vendors, and speakers to deliver professional and impactful events. Collaborate with sales and marketing to create event-specific messaging, collateral, and follow-up campaigns.

Content Development:

Create or coordinate the creation of event-related content, such as invitations, landing pages, and post-event recaps. Work with the sales and digital marketing teams to develop supporting content that drives engagement and supports lead generation. Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all event materials.

Collaboration & Alignment:

Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure events are effectively promoted across email, social media, and other channels. Align with the sales team to identify target audiences for events and ensure smooth lead handover post-event. Ensure lead targets from events and webinars are reached month-on-month. Act as the main point of contact for speakers and external partners for all events and webinars.

Event & Content Reporting:

Track and report on event attendance, engagement, and leads generated. Use insights to refine future events and ensure continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years in B2B marketing, with hands-on experience in event and webinar management; some tech sales experience is a plus and/or previous sales team collaboration experience. Skills:

Excellent project management and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for liaising with speakers, vendors, and internal teams. Basic content creation skills (e.g., drafting invitations, emails, and recaps).

Tools:

Familiarity with webinar platforms and CRM systems. Preferred:

Experience in RegTech, compliance, or due diligence industries is a strong plus.
