The role of a Graduate Recruitment Consultant: Sourcing the best candidates through advertising, networking and headhunting Interviewing candidates, arranging interviews with clients and preparing candidates for interviews Building and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to provide the best service with confidence! Negotiating terms of business and completing placements. Building a network within a chosen market and making a name for yourself!
