This post is for an Interventional Radiologist with specialised training in Vascular and Non-Vascular Radiology, including EVAR and peripheral intervention. There is a thriving practice in non-oncological embolotherapy including uterine artery embolization, prostate artery embolization, varicocele embolization and treatment of pelvic congestion. There is an ongoing consultation process for the centre to become the hub for a Kent wide Vascular network which would bring many opportunities to develop special clinical and research interests. Qualifications and Training (Essential)
Medical degree Speciality qualification in Clinical Diagnostic Radiology General and Vascular CT and MRI reporting Ability to take full and independent clinical responsibility Training and experience in Interventional Radiology with ability to perform a wide range of interventions including EVAR and targeted embolisation Skills and Experience (Essential)
Full GMC Registration Minimum of English Level 2 (GCSE grade C or equivalent), ILETS or graduate of a UK Medical School CCST Specialist Registration or will obtain within 6 months of interview date Clinical Governance (Essential)
