15,900 Salary packaging + $2,650 meal & entertainment allowance Community Nursing | Evening Shifts from 4pm Excellent opportunity to join a strong and passionate clinical team The Role : This role covers the Liverpool area and surrounds and is in our PEACH (Palliative Care Home Support Packages) program as part of our Home and Community Support team. The shifts for this role are evening shifts from 4pm. You will provide a range of clinical and care services to our Palliative Home & Community clients across a variety of practice areas, providing appropriate care for our clients with life-limiting illness. Responsibilities include : Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians. Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home. Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships. Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.
