One of the fastest growing providers of Domiciliary Care in the UK is recruiting for the excellent opportunity to become Registered Manager for their new office in Bude, Cornwall.

This company has won multiple awards for their culture and their whole ethos is putting the care team at the very heart of what they do. They provide premium homecare to privately funded elderly clients. You will be well supported by the Director and head office, focusing on managing the delivery of care whilst the Director focuses on building the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Support with the development of a new homecare service in the Bude area of Cornwall. Ensure the service operates in full compliance with CQC regulations and standards. Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of staff to maintain a high-performing team. Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, staff, and external stakeholders. Help drive the growth and development of the service, focusing on private clients. Monitor and manage performance metrics to achieve operational and financial goals.

Requirements: Previous experience in managing in domiciliary care or a similar setting. Passionate about providing high quality homecare. Good knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or working towards. A team-oriented leader with a passion for delivering exceptional care.
