With the support of senior safeguarding professionals provide professional advice and support regarding safeguarding to all at TSDFT. Work closely with multi-agency professionals from the community to safeguard patients, the public, staff and the organisation. Help to ensure that supervision systems are robust, monitored and evaluated. Prepare chronologies for Trust and multi-agency partners and participate in enquiries as needed. Ensure accurate and informative clinical safeguarding records are maintained and monitored through audit. With the support of the SGA/MCA Lead and SGA/MCA Operational Manager contribute to the delivery of the Safeguarding Training Strategy. Work unsupervised using own judgement and decision-making skills on day-to-day operational and strategic issues. Plan and interpret own workload and that of others, adhering to Trust policies, procedures and guidelines.
