Full-Time Clinical Care Coordinator | Monday to Friday As a Clinical Care Coordinator, you’ll be both a source of comfort for our residents and a key leader to the team. This role is all about making a genuine difference in the lives of those you care for while inspiring and guiding others in the pursuit of high-quality care. Your Key Responsibilities: Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead a culture of improvement, ensuring best practices in clinical care are followed. Provide Clinical Leadership: Be a clinical resource for staff, offering mentorship, education, and ongoing guidance. Ensure Clinical Excellence: Oversee clinical service delivery and ensure compliance with quality standards and audit processes. Care Planning Excellence: Develop and implement care plans that meet the latest standards and regulatory requirements. Manage Clinical Documentation: Ensure that clinical documentation is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. The Ideal Candidate: We’re looking for someone who is passionate about improving the quality of life for our residents, with previous experience in aged care and a solid leadership background.
