Vacancy: Recruitment Consultant or Resourcer / Administrator within logistics Mandatory requirements:
Prior work experience as a Recruiter or a Resourcer within the HGV Driving / Logistics / Distribution sector with experience sourcing and onboarding Drivers. Ability to work well within a team and report to the Transport Manager to identify Driver requirements. Capability to identify relevant compliance documentation for onboarding and upload to the company system such as CPC, CSCS, Tacho, HGV 2 (Cat C) or 7.5t (C1) licenses and certification. Bubbly, presentable, and professional demeanor to liaise with candidates and clients. Proficiency in using all MS Office applications, including MS Excel. A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle as site visits may be necessary. Current roles may include Recruiter, Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer, Transport Planner, or Transport Administrator within logistics or distribution. Experience in booking driver inductions, training, and testing on-site, including arranging with the company Driver Assessor.
Compensation:
The successful candidate will be offered approximately £25,000 to £30,000 per annum based on experience, qualifications, and employment history.
Work Schedule:
The rota will be Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week with a 1-hour break per day. The management team is open to discussing office hours, which could be (Apply online only), (Apply online only), or (Apply online only).
