We are seeking a motivated and skilled professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality pathology services in a regional laboratory setting. To thrive in this role, you will bring a strong mix of scientific expertise, practical experience, and excellent interpersonal skills. Scientific Expertise and Technical Skills

: Demonstrated high level of scientific expertise, with extensive knowledge in medical laboratory disciplines, laboratory principles, and quality procedures. Proven ability to perform laboratory testing to a high standard and troubleshoot equipment effectively. Experience and Practical Knowledge

: Solid background in general laboratory operations, including quality control, assurance, and the use of various software applications. Experience in delivering quality pathology services and interpreting laboratory data. Interpersonal and Communication Skills

: Outstanding oral and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally across all levels. Adept at fostering teamwork, motivating staff, and maintaining strong customer service standards. Organisational and Problem-Solving Abilities

: Skilled in working effectively under pressure, prioritising workflows, and developing practical solutions. Capable of handling confidential information with discretion and initiative.
