GenesisCare now has an opportunity for a motivated Radiation Therapist to join our team on a full-time basis, working across our clinics within Mater and North Shore hospital.
As a Radiation Therapist you are responsible for delivering efficient and effective radiotherapy treatment and / or planning activities of a high quality. This position is a clinical role that contributes to the delivery of efficient and effective radiotherapy treatment and / or planning activities.
On offer is a full-time role on a maximum term contract through to 31 / 10 / 2025. Excellent remuneration available, annual salary of up to $113,382 + Super (dependant on experience).
More specifically, you will :
Personally undertake radiation therapy planning and treatment responsibilities and associated duties.
Promote and contribute to an effective multidisciplinary team at the relevant Centre and across the practice.
Responsible for the correct administration of all radiation therapy processes and procedures.
Ensure that all administration and documentation requirements are initiated and completed in a professional and timely manner.
We're interested in hearing from people who have :
Demonstrated technical competence in all areas of radiotherapy at an appropriate level (treatment, simulation and planning), including comprehensive knowledge of contemporary radiotherapy modalities and techniques.
Experience with Monaco Treatment Planning System.
Ability to demonstrate the ability to work in an effective team environment.
Strong empathy, interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong knowledge of radiotherapy and associated allied healthcare services.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Radiation Therapy).
Registration as a Radiation Therapist with AHPRA.
