The role will be varied, with requirements being driven by governance and framework reporting cycles throughout the year. To include the following core responsibilities: Coordination of Quilter's annual risk appetite review across Quilter Group. Leading discussions on risk appetite with Executives and other stakeholders. Oversee the analysis and understanding of risk appetite key indicators and how these feed into relevant risk reporting. Lead on further evolution of Quilter's risk appetite framework across individual Quilter regulated legal entities. Oversight and coordination of the bi-annual top-down risk assessment process across the Quilter Group. Lead the key messaging around risk profile and top risks, working collaboratively with other Risk teams ensuring the production of quality and insightful Risk reports. Support the Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management with the coordination and production of the quarterly Affluent Risk & Compliance Report and Group CRO reports across all risk and compliance teams, coordinating the input and owning the final output in agreement with ExCo members and the CRO. Management of the Affluent Risk Management Committee to ensure appropriate governance coverage of risk topics as agreed with the Risk Director and CRO. Support the Group Head of Enterprise Risk Management with framework and process enhancements as required. About You

To be successful in this role you will be proactive, organised, and diligent with good attention to detail and analytical skills. You will be an ambassador for the wider Risk team and therefore essential to this role is your relationship building skills, willingness to listen and learn with a dash of diplomacy and pragmatism.

You will have:

Experience in a risk management environment. Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to flex your communication style to suit your audience at all levels of the organisation. A proven track record of effective stakeholder management and the ability to produce high quality output suitable for a Board-level audience. Experience and knowledge of best practice risk and governance frameworks, methodologies, emerging practice and risk management systems and controls. Significant experience of 2nd line risk management in an FCA regulated Financial Services. Inclusion & Diversity
