Senior Project Manager , you will be the interface with all key stakeholders during the Lift Installation projects. You will coordinate the activities of the assigned projects to ensure that project objectives are accomplished within the agreed schedule and budget, using approved KONE methodologies and tools. You will be in daily contact with our clients, subcontractors and your KONE colleagues (supervisors, fitters, quantity surveyors, planners, document controllers), keeping all parties working together smoothly. What would a typical day look like? You will be overseeing and monitoring the execution of the installation projects. You will be in direct contact with our clients. You are their main point-of-contact for their questions and concerns. You will review project proposals to determine time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of projects. You will establish a work plan and staffing for each phase of the project. You oversee the planning of delivery and storage of materials to the site(s). You coordinate the activities of the project team to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. You aim to be an energizing leader who gets the best of others and strives to exceed customer expectations. What will help you to succeed in this role? Strong Project Management skills (the size and complexities of these projects require someone with previous experience as a Project Manager). You have preferably worked in the lift industry before. Project Management experience in engineering or construction industry would be considered as well. Demonstrated experience within a commercial environment, managing projects at a site level. Ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders. Planning and analytical skills. Strong organisation skills that allow you to coordinate complex projects.
