Our client is an established, international importer and supplier of high-end furniture and interior products for the commercial/contract market. They are highly regarded and well-respected and are seeking to employ a Sales Director to continue to drive their revenue growth across Australia. The starting salary package is NEG based on your strong industry experience – approx $180K + Super + Car Allow + Commission. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a progressive, forward-thinking organisation that supplies beautiful, high-end furniture products/projects. The Role

Your new role will be based from their Melbourne Head office and will see you driving sales revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, devising and implementing sales strategies, and identifying new market opportunities. This is a hands-on national sales role, and you will be required to travel interstate as required (approx once a month). The client base is well established and centered around hotel groups, builders, developers, architects, designers, and procurement companies. You will be instrumental in driving new business development and will maintain and strengthen relationships with key specifier clients, corporates, and builders across Australia. This position is part of the senior leadership team, and you will be instrumental in the continued company success. Skills Required

We are seeking individuals who can demonstrate the following skills: Min 3 years + experience in a state/national sales management role within the high-end contract/commercial furniture industry. Hunger and energy to drive and nurture new and existing client relationships. Extensive high-end commercial furniture knowledge and well-developed industry relationships. Previous experience of selling premium brands associated with furniture and interiors. Strong A&D sales exposure and understanding of the sales process. Solid commercial acumen with strong reporting skills.
