Amazon Freight is growing at triple digit rates as we scale this new B2B offering across Europe. We are hiring a Designer in the Marketing Team to ideate and execute flawless marketing campaign assets, promotional materials, and product creative in support. The individual will own the content roadmap, manage our communication platforms, and claims impacting the website, newsroom, email, ads, and case studies. Key job responsibilities Ownership of Amazon Freight content roadmap and editorial calendar. Manage campaign art direction end-to-end from concept to production and copywriting. Improve the communication and engagement of our O&O channels: Main website (upgraded, SEO friendly) Contact forms Customer newsletters (monthly) Webinars and keynote content Case studies LinkedIn ads & other brand assets Creation of decks with product/sales/external research inputs. Coordination with agency for execution from brief to execution. Identify customer needs and define playbook to creatively inform and educate our customers across touchpoints. Define claims by top segment and localize across ENT and SMB UK, DE regions, as well as run A/B testing.

About the team We are the ST Marketing Europe team, supporting full funnel marketing across surface transportation programs. From awareness to customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in graphic design, industrial design, digital communications design, visual arts, mass communications, art, or equivalent. Relevant experience in graphic design, industrial design, digital communications design, visual arts, mass communications, art, or equivalent. Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English and in the local language. Relevant experience in using data analytics to solve problems such as customer, partner, or business performance issues. Experience in creating communication campaigns (Email).

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge of and proficiency in a variety of design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, and InDesign. Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution. Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership. A bachelor's, master's, or advanced degree in business management, economics, law, engineering, or supply chain and logistics.
