One of our top US headquartered clients is looking for a Finance Practice Manager/PSL to join their top-tier team. The finance group is a unique practice with a large team of lawyers based in key financial hubs in New York, London, LA, and Boston. Their breadth and diversity is unmatched in the industry. They have consistently closed more than 150 deals a year which provides them with a keen insight into market trends in deals of all sizes, structures, and industries. Technical strength, combined with expansive experience, makes them the firm of choice for first-in-kind transactions. They have developed innovative structures such as upside-down unitranches and synthetic mezzanine, and have migrated the bifurcated unitranche into the European market. The role will involve working with the London finance partners to oversee the day-to-day administration of the finance group in London, including talent management, staffing, internal communications, and integration of practice group resources. The Practice Manager will also support related finance groups in London and collaborate with other members of the Professional Resources Department across the Firm. They are looking for a finance lawyer with 4+ years of experience at a top law firm or in-house at a credible leading entity.
