What you can expect:
Weekly store sales reporting Support reporting to align with the company strategic objectives Monthly accounting for all property costs Work closely with wider finance team to ensure accurate reporting of costs Monthly reporting and analysis of all retail costs, in particular, store payroll Supporting BP for quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting of full Retail P&L, Sales, Margin and costs Develop strong relationships with the Retail team and work with the field team to drive cost efficiencies Provide investment appraisals for new stores and renovation projects and timely preparation of Board Packs for Group level approval Manage staff commission and store manager bonus calculation Your profile:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with all levels within the company. Enthusiastic, self-confident and pro-active. Strong organizational skills Strong attention to detail and very analytical. Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve. Professionalism is maintained at all times. Able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities successfully Work effectively and efficiently with the ability to establish credibility. Preferred experience/skills:
Commercial Finance experience Part Qualified accountant (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) Preferable background in a retail environment or multi-site businesses or online retailing Experience in SAP would be preferable Strong Excel skills and experience in building MI Reporting Your benefits:
