The contract for this role is full time, 35hrs per week, working five out of seven days between the hours of 7am – 9pm. In this role, you will: Conduct inbound calls for all queries relating to Euro & Dollar Cards or Private Banking Card Members and Account Managers. Ask questions about the Card Members situation and try to find a solution to their challenge. Make outbound calls to collect overdue high balances on Euro, Dollar, or Private Banking cards. Review financial information such as credit statements sent in by Card Members. Ensure strict ID verification and compliance with data protection to safeguard accounts. Uphold the American Express brand image and customer loyalty through outstanding customer service. Work to the highest standards with a balanced delivery of both customer experience and shareholder value. Minimum Qualifications: Passion to serve customers and represent the American Express brand. Coachability and able to be flexible and adaptable. Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills. Confident taking the initiative to problem solve and make effective decisions. Professional telephone manner with the ability to influence without authority. Premium written communication skills, with attention to detail and ability to work methodically through step-by-step instructions. Ability to build rapport and negotiate to provide win-win solutions. A team player who can work in high-pressure environments. Empathetic and have emotional resilience with the ability to discuss complex topics.
