Head of Pre-Construction Delivery , on a

£63.48 - £78.06 per Hour Responsibilities: Lead the Pre-Construction phase of projects, ensuring all activities are planned and executed efficiently. Liaise with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations. Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases. Manage the procurement process for all project-related items and services. Coordinate with the construction team to ensure project readiness. Qualifications: A degree in a relevant field such as Construction/Building Management or Civil Engineering. Proven experience in a similar role within the construction/Housing refurbishment sector. Strong understanding of the Pre-Construction phase, including design, procurement, and planning. Please note: You should be available to work immediately or at short notice.
