An exciting opportunity has arisen at Pioneer Wound Healing and Lymphoedema Centres for a motivated and enthusiastic Finance Manager to join our finance team.

Salary Range: £32,000 - £36,000 (pro-rata) dependent on experience and qualifications.

Hours: to be agreed, between 30 - 37.5 per week Monday - Friday.

You will be based from our new Crawley clinic (Manor Royal) with some travel to Eastbourne, plus the opportunity for hybrid working.

The role requires interacting with a range of stakeholders including clinical teams and senior management. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is an ability to organise your own workload to ensure deadlines are achieved. You will be able to work independently, as well as part of a team.

Main duties of the job

Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations for some of our activities. Support with credit control and collection of debts on a timely basis. Assist in the preparation of management information, including variances and trends. Assist with the month-end and year-end close processes, including the preparation of journal entries, accruals/prepayments, balance sheet reconciliations and accounts. Support with external advisors, including accountants, bank etc.

Skills and experience:

Ideally fully or part qualified ACCA, CIMA or AAT. Proven track record in a finance role, with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience. Experience of Xero is preferable. Competency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel including pivot tables and V-lookup.
