We have a lettings negotiator position available to join our build to rent team in London Bridge. As a lettings negotiator, you will play a key part in welcoming and registering tenants, working with your client to support them in the renting process, and progressing a tenancy to the final move-in day. Throughout this, you will be offering exceptional customer service to your applicants, landlords, and other parties. You will report to our Leasing Manager. Responsibilities of a lettings negotiator include:

Daily management of applicants Generate and conduct viewings in a professional manner Ensure clients are up to date on all matters Negotiate offers Collect holding deposits and tenancy monies Oversee tenant referencing and right to rent checks Oversee all legal compliance on agreed offers Carry out pre-tenancy checks and notify the Relationship Manager of any required works Provide high levels of customer service At KFH, we are looking for a negotiator with a proven track record in estate agency, someone who offers outstanding communication, and who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to all our clients while achieving the right results.
