Finance Manager

Finance Manager Position TSRN is looking to recruit a hands-on Finance Manager. This role primarily supports the transaction side of the business, offering assistance with a wide variety of finance-related tasks associated with preparing financial records. This includes managing the financial health and goals of the organization, preparing and reviewing financial reports and forecasts, and providing advice and guidance to management and stakeholders on financial matters. The successful applicant may also be responsible for budget planning, reducing financial risk, and exploring business opportunities. The Finance Manager role will include supporting and providing guidance to a small finance team. The successful applicant will have proven well-developed project management, financial analysis, coaching, and communication skills. A vast amount of experience in preparing annual accounts and transactional processes is required, along with a strong commitment to professional client and service excellence. Additionally, a hands-on approach with the willingness to take on additional duties to help support the business is essential.
