Our client is one of the UK's leading FM companies, looking for a
Working Supervisor
to be based in one of London's most famous Heritage sites in Kensington, West London. On offer is an opportunity with genuine career progression and a salary of up to £50,000.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and oversee a dedicated team of 2 engineers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Manage and delegate reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring all electrical systems are maintained to the highest standards. Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, demonstrating excellent communication skills and professionalism. Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and industry standards. Work closely with the team to understand and implement company procedures and processes effectively. Requirements:
Previous experience in a supervisory or lead role. Strong client-facing skills; the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients is essential. In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and compliance requirements. Must hold 17th or 18th Edition Electrical and Level 3 Electrical Installation qualifications. A methodical approach to problem-solving with a keen eye for detail. Commercial building services experience is essential.
