Excellent opportunity for strong 3rd Line Support Analyst. This role is FULLY remote and visits to Head Office are very rare. Minimum Requirements: 3rd Line Support experience Very strong Azure, Active Directory, WAN, AWS, MS365 Analytical skills for evaluating new software/hardware releases Experience working with vendors Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal Building environments in Azure Strong AWS experience Responsibilities: Ongoing evaluation of all new software/hardware innovations Providing training to 2nd/3rd support functions Maintaining ongoing service improvement plans Keeping aware of all technological developments on a global basis Occasional incident management BAU work when required Maintaining best of breed system security protocols My client is looking for TWO high level infrastructure experts.
