We are looking for solid generalists who can demonstrate, or are willing to learn front end software engineering expertise across some or all of: JavaScript, Typescript, React, Node, HTML/CSS, .NET, Java, some cloud experience, some database experience (NoSQL and/or SQL). The ability to design, code, test, correct and document simple programs or scripts under the direction of others. Working understanding of the fundamentals of algorithms and can effectively apply them to basic data structures. You can write simple functional and non-functional tests as instructed in the user story. Good understanding of the value of a test tool in giving fast feedback to developers. You can produce data models and understand where to use different types of data models. You understand different tools and can compare different data models. You can assist as part of a team on the design of components of larger systems. You understand the basic building blocks of DevOps and the CI/CD pipeline and mindset. You can, under guidance, modify a CI/CD pipeline and trigger builds. AND Digital are a tech company focused on accelerating digital delivery and dedicated to closing the digital skills gap.
