Future Golf is seeking a passionate Partnerships Manager (Golf)to manage the operations and key relationships with our 180+ golf club partners across Australia. This key role will be responsible for managing partnerships with existing golf club partners across Australia, as well as driving the business growth objectives for new golf club partner acquisition. Key Responsibilities Golf Club Partner Management (40%) : Build and maintain strong relationships with golf course partners, clubs, and industry stakeholders. Manage partner agreements, manage and negotiate renewal processes, manage relevant administrative platforms, partner communications and engage internal departments to ensure delivery against key partnership objectives and deliverables. Golf Club Partner Acquisition (40%) : Develop and foster the sales pipeline for new golf partner acquisition of on-course and off course facilities to achieve growth targets across golf partnerships across Australia. Golf Club Partner Administration (20%) : Manage and develop relevant administrative systems across the Golf partnership’s function (e.g. CRM, sales funnel, renewals, contract templates / database, marketing calendars) Other key responsibilities : Financial Management : Monitor and manage the financial performance of the golf club partnership network, including budgeting and management of contract obligations Networking : Attend industry events to deepen relationships and drive new golf club partnership acquisition Reporting : Regularly report on operational performance, including key metrics and achievements, to the National Partnerships Manager and Executive Key Skills & Attributes Experience : At least 3 years in an operations or management role within the golf industry, preferably with a club or related entity, with a strong understanding of golf operations / partnerships, stakeholder relation and business development. Networking & Relationship Building : Strong ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with key partners in the golf industry and local communities. Leadership : Proven track record in leading and developing talent, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and drive performance. Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage a range of stakeholders including team members, partners, and customers. Customer Focus : Strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience and delivering results through customer engagement. Business Acumen : Solid understanding of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L responsibilities. Problem Solving : Ability to identify issues, find innovative solutions, and execute plans effectively under pressure. Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with using CRM and operations management tools, and general computer literacy. Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in business management, sports management, or a related field preferred. Golf industry certifications or experience in a golf course management role is highly desirable. A valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the region as required.
