West Midlands What you'll do: Manage a caseload of housing management litigated claims (including possession claims, injunction applications and housing conditions issued claims) Provide expert advice on housing matters to the business Support the senior team within Legal Services in overseeing the in-house Housing team Ensure that legal services are delivered in a cost-effective way that limits risk to the Group Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders Act as a 'go-to' person within the organisation for housing law related queries What you bring: Qualified solicitor with experience in housing law Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively within a team Commitment to continuous professional development This role offers you the chance to work with a company renowned for their commitment to excellence and their supportive work environment.
