About the Role The Digital & Information Services branch delivers agile and transformative information and technology, enabling council to be a leader in providing innovative and sustainable services to its communities. As an Analyst Developer: Integration Mastery: Oversee the integration of data and functionality between our Corporate Applications, ensuring streamlined interactions aligned with business objectives. Software Development: Craft, test, and maintain secure software applications and integrations that meet user-defined specifications. Collaborative Solutions: Work with project managers, business analysts, and clients to forge innovative tech solutions, ensuring peak performance of in-house software. Strategic Evaluations: Conduct high-level technical assessments to ensure software integration with the council's systems while maintaining security and compatibility. What We're Looking For Interpersonal Excellence: Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills are essential for building effective relationships and resolving issues. Analytical Prowess: Strong aptitude for research, analytical problem-solving, and evaluation is critical. Educational & Professional Background: A Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, complemented by substantial industry experience. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in C#, .NET, Microsoft Azure, DevOps practices, and integration technologies (APIs, Rest, SOAP, CSV, SFTP).
