The Role: Position: Early Years Practitioner. Salary: £80-£100 per day, based on experience and qualifications. Start Date: Immediate. Location: Enfield, North London.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will support young children in their early development, helping them build the skills and confidence they need to succeed.
Responsibilities: Assist the class teacher in delivering a high-quality Early Years curriculum. Provide 1:1 and group support to children, tailoring activities to individual needs. Encourage social, emotional, and academic development through creative and engaging activities. Help maintain a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress, sharing insights with the teacher and parents.
What We're Looking For: A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification is required. Prior experience in an Early Years setting, ideally in a school or nursery. Excellent communication skills and a patient, nurturing approach. A proactive, creative, and positive attitude to supporting young learners. A passion for early childhood development and education.
