About The Role : We are currently looking for fully qualified professionals to provide consultancy services to organisations through the Telus Health Psychometric Assessment Service and / or the Wellbeing Check Program. Our Assessment and Advisory Service delivers evidence-based psychometric testing in the recruitment and deployment of personnel; as well as the proactive wellbeing check service that is designed to mitigate the risk of psychosocial stress in high-risk roles. Services are predominantly delivered via video, but occasionally delivered face-to-face at customer onsite locations. The successful candidate can be based throughout Australia. The Day-to-Day : Application of clinical and organisational psychology knowledge and experience to the Wellbeing check & Assessment service delivery in accordance with best practice requirements. Conduct and manage the Wellbeing check and Assessment processes as per requirements. Administering Wellbeing check and Assessment processes whilst complying with established Wellbeing check and Assessment best practice principles respectively. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders within company guidelines. Understand customer requirements of the Wellbeing check and Assessment processes and apply the correct clinical support models to support the requirements. Provide expertise in any new consultancy products as developed and appropriate. About you : Qualifications Psychology Professional registration with the relevant health professional body (AHPRA, AASW) Minimum five (5) years post-registration experience. Candidates from organizational psychology, or HR consulting backgrounds are preferred. Able to analyse data using qualitative and quantitative techniques. A strong background in organisational consultancy. Confidence with computer systems is an asset.
