The Role
Service, maintain, and repair high-quality CNC machinery across the UK. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software-related faults. Conduct both scheduled maintenance/upgrades and reactive breakdown repairs (~50/50 split). Provide technical support over the phone and via email when required. Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment. Complete all service documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner. Attend breakdowns and travel around the UK.
The Candidate Multi-skilled, but mechanically biased engineer. Hold an engineering qualification. Strong fault-finding ability across mechanical, electrical, and software aspects. Hands-on experience working on CNC machines. CMM knowledge would be desirable. Experience with maintenance, repairs, or refurbishments. Willing to travel across the UK and stay away as needed.
The Package The salary offered for this position is £24,000- £28,000 DOE plus bonus to candidates who can meet all key qualifications and abilities.
