Solution Architect – Global Partner Technical Sales (GPTS) We're looking for a Solution Architect with experience working in data & cloud Integration to join our Global Partner Technical Sales (GPTS) Team. This position is best suited for individuals residing close to any of our Informatica office locations in the United States. You will report to the Director, Global Technical Sales Channels (GPTS). Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do Build relationships, promote and work with our partners to find and realize opportunities. Prepare and deliver creative solution presentations or technical proposals. Manage customer & partner engagements independently. Stay current on certification of services related to area of focus. Create and present new customer demos for new use cases. Present and deliver demos at marketing, customer or partner events independently. Facilitate workshops for partners and customers that highlight Informatica's unique advantages, core selling points, industry-specific applications, and in-depth technical details. Help our partners qualify technical requirements coming from customers and prospects. Ability to respond to RFIs or RFPs, build advanced demos and work on POC. Work as part of a virtual global team in delivering a technical proposal and assisting strategic partnerships. Understand and translate technical and business challenges and concerns into a solution discussion. What We'd Like to See Hands-on experience of Data Management and / or Data Governance concepts. Master Data Management background. Intermediate knowledge of Cloud computing security aspects. Expert storytelling, experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects across multiple horizontal and vertically specific use cases in front of all levels of technical and business stakeholders. Intermediate or Advanced skills on Informatica services and product capabilities or other similar technologies. Advanced technical knowledge of hybrid deployment of software solutions, Data Warehousing, Database, and / or Business Intelligence software concepts and products. Basic certification on at least 1 Cloud Ecosystem (ex. AWS, Azure, GCP) and 1 data related cloud technology. 4+ years of relevant experience in data management, MDM, or Data Governance. 7 years of prior presales / technical sales or consulting experience.
