Job Description This role is Hybrid working with at least 2 days being based in our Burton on Trent office Your role as Brand Executive/ Assistant Brand Manager Execute the 3-5 year brand plans informed by brand health insights, strategic goals, and portfolio plans ensuring it remains relevant within the market. Review brand health and market position using internal performance data and customer feedback, sharing insight with relevant stakeholders across Marketing and the broader business to inform future plans. Work in partnership with Integrated marketing to design and develop integrated campaign calendars that align with brand objectives and market positioning. Maintain brand strategies for Service, Food, Drinks, Comms, etc., which inform future campaign activity. Follow the Greene King way of brand building ensuring consistency of approach across brands, delivering in the most effective and efficient way. Take accountability for ensuring that all brand/marketing/operational activity is in adherence with brand standards. Develop brand campaigns and clear briefs aligned with the plan and budget, and handover to marketing for effective execution. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines by overseeing the creation, evolution, and adherence to visual identity and brand assets across all channels. Build and manage long-term brand partnerships that align with the brand's market positioning and contribute to its growth and reputation. Work in partnership with BUDs to inform strategic operational plans that align with brand purpose/customer experience maintaining and building long term brand health. What you’ll bring… Previous experience working in a Brand role is essential. Ability to draft concise brand briefs. Able to deliver against ambitious plans and timeframes. Commercial acumen. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with stakeholders across the business. #LI-AP1
